Name:<\/strong> Jordi Pladevall Arx\u00e9 These Terms and Conditions apply to all in-person training courses (\u201cCourses\u201d) provided by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n These Terms govern the booking, payment, participation, cancellation, and related conditions for all Courses delivered in person at our facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These services are considered fixed-date training services with limited capacity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Participants must be 18 years or older<\/strong> at the start date of the Course. We reserve the right to request identification and refuse participation if this requirement is not met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Participants may choose between:<\/p>\n\n\n\n For split payments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of amounts already paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The initial 50% payment is considered a reservation fee<\/strong> that secures a limited place in a scheduled Course and covers administrative and planning costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Due to the reserved nature of the Course capacity, this reservation fee is generally non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, this does not affect any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Participants may cancel under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each participant may request one (1) rescheduling<\/strong> of their Course date, provided the request is made at least 45 days before the original start date<\/strong>, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Participants may also transfer their booking to another person at no additional cost, provided the new participant meets eligibility requirements and we are notified in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify a Course in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control or operational necessity, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we may cancel the Course up to 15 days<\/strong> before the start date<\/strong>. In such cases, participants may choose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n We may suspend or terminate a Course immediately if safety conditions require it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In such cases, participants will receive a pro-rata refund<\/strong> for the undelivered portion of the Course, unless they accept rescheduling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Courses take place in an industrial environment involving machinery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We provide all necessary tools, materials, and equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Participants must strictly follow all safety instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Course without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Where applicable, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, the reservation fee covers place allocation and preparation costs and is not refundable once the place has been confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As this is a fixed-date leisure and training service with limited capacity<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011\/83\/EU may not apply in full once the booking is confirmed for a specific date and capacity is reserved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By completing the booking, the participant expressly acknowledges and agrees that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Where the right of withdrawal applies and has not been waived, it is 14 days from contract confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This clause does not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including travel costs, accommodation, or loss of income.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain<\/strong>, and where applicable, European Union consumer protection law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Catalonia, Spain<\/strong>, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Email:<\/strong> hola@escoladetorners.com<\/a> 1.
